Used Merchandise
For Auction: Payment must be made with in
3 days at end of auction. Notification of return due to DOA must be
received by us 3 days after receipt of delivery. We STRONGLY recommend
that you fully insure the package you are returning. This for your
protection, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We
suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with
“proof of delivery.” We are not be responsible for items returned that
are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to
and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is
non-refundable. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT
meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the
merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our
determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned
to you. This is guaranteed working and covered by the manufacturer's
warranty.
It is your responsibility to inspect your item for concealed damage
immediately after you receive it. You should open the item during
delivery and note any internal damage not noted on the Bill of Lading.
Any and all damaged equipment must be documented with the freight driver
before the driver departs your location. Also, freight companies accept
hidden damage claims only for a short period after delivery, usually 15
days.
Any damage during transit must be claim directly to the carrier,

such as Compaq, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Toshiba, Epson and others are not
returnable. For any reasons. All support as well as exchanges or
replacements for defective merchandise, including within the first 30
days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product
manufacturer. javitusa cannot accept any returns nor offer replacement,
exchanges or credit for any product missing the UPC code. Only the
product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC
sticker. Non-Defective Returns: Returns of non-defective items that are
returnable by javitusa.com to product manufacturer may, at javitusa’s
sole discretion, be accepted for return. All non defective returns are
subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and such returns will be for store
credit or refund at javitusa’s sole discretion within 7 days of original
invoice date.
AGAIN ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be
packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All packing materials, manuals,
diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other
accessories and documentation must be included in the original
packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be
processed, or a restocking fee of 15% charged in the event any item(s)
included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned
package. Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied
in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly
packaged, altered or physically damaged. All items will be inspected
and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not
limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned
to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.
We will only ship replacements when we receive the prepaid cost of
shipping and handling. In addition to policy stated above please
read this criteria both on our auction and estore.
Sales policy:
All sales are final as this is an auction. Positively No Refund or
Return. If item is dead on arrival we will refund the cost of the item
or try to replace it. Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer has three days
upon receipt of item to contact us if the item is defective.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and
refusing credit:
Products which are improperly packaged
Products returned in non qualified shipping container
Packages affixed with counterfeit labels or affixed with labels
exhibiting tampering.
Products with any standard certification labels removed ( UL listing,
capacity, brand name.
Products or packages with barcode label removed.
Products with serial number which does not match serial number on
package or invoice.
USED MERCHANDISE
All used merchandise is sold 'As Is / Where Is' All new equipment is
sold with the manufacturers warranty only.
There are no warranties of either merchantability or fitness for a
particular use.
