Debit Card Helpful Hints

If you are using a debit card for your online purchase, we'd like to make you aware of the following differences from using a credit card:

1. Funds are immediately held in your bank account as soon as the debit card is authorized. This means that if you have an item on back-order, or have to wait for any length of time for your order, the funds will remain frozen in your account until payment is made.

2. In order to ship online purchases, all shipping addresses associated with your card must be on file with the credit card company or bank. If you choose to ship somewhere else than your home address, subsequent shipping addresses are much more difficult to add to a debit card account than a credit card account.

3. While our site is a very safe place to do your online shopping, debit cards can not offer the same kind of theft protection as you would get with a major credit card company. Use debit cards at your own risk.

 International Orders

For major International  credit card payments Please read carefully and read the instructions:

Provide us with a written note that you are paying us with
your personal credit card (master card ,visa or other). give us the number,
expiration date, stating what item you are purchasing and sign the note and
fax it to us  at 1-908-355-1343. Or in the alternative, we can provide
you something in writing, we'll fax it to you for your signature and fax
back to us. You have to provide us with a fax number as well. Payment has to be cleared before shipment.

We packed the merchandise securely and ship fast.  Any damage on the merchandise during transit must be claim directly to the carrier.

International Shipments
We ship internationally, unless shipments are restricted by law. To determine eligibility for international shipping, please e-mail us or fax us at 1-908-355-1343. We will promptly send an e-mail to you to both confirm your order and provide your shipping charges. Please remember that all customs clearing, tariff duties and taxes and  are not included in the freight calculation and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Manufacturer's limited warranties for internationally shipped products may vary or be null and void.

Export
To comply with certain vendor agreements and government regulations, International Products Unlimited reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United States at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary, limited or be null and void.

Shipping Details
We ship orders via UPS or FedEx. If you have an account, you can track your order Online. For your protection, we do not expose tracking numbers except if you requested it otherwise. Please fax us at 1-908-355-1343 with your signature that you want your tracking numbers. Click here for more information on FedEx shipping. You will be notified the approximate delivery date of your order.

Signature
For your protection, all 2nd day and Priority shipments require a signature at the delivery point. Ground deliveries may or may not require a signature for delivery.

 All products sold to our customers are intended for personal use only, and may not be resold, licensed, rented or used for any commercial purposes whatsoever.

Please Note: At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) are military designated addresses that allow mail to be delivered to overseas military locations at domestic rates.
